Imagine a World without Colour
Read and absorb the steps in the following exercise. When you have done so try the exercise without looking at the monitor again.
Close your eyes for a minute or two.
Become conscious of your breath and continue breathing in and out until you feel a degree of relaxation.
Now imagine a world without colour.
Become aware of what you feel for a few moments to fully experience the sensations.
Now slowly begin to add colour/s to your colourless world.
How do you feel ? Notice the difference from your experience before in a colourless world.
You will have noticed several effects on an experiental level which gives some insight into how colour affects us and it's importance to us.
